Crain, Caton & James traces its origins to the law firm of Kennerly & Warnken, founded in Houston, Texas in 1912.

Today it is a full-service law firm, located in Houston, Texas, serving clients from around the world. Its attorneys and staff are committed to continuing an established tradition and reputation for providing prompt legal services of the highest quality to each of our clients.

The Firm's attorneys have strong academic backgrounds and are experienced in handling complex issues.  The Firm's shareholders average 20 years of legal experience per attorney. In addition, members of the Firm regularly participate in and instruct continuing legal education seminars.
