Mr. Horowitz is a transactional attorney providing legal counsel on business formation and operation, as well as on most aspects of commercial and residential real estate law. He represents privately held and family owned businesses from around the world in connection with the negotiation and documentation of a variety of business transactions. He has served as board member and officer of West University Place Planning and Zoning Commission, and other private and non-profit organizations.
