Jonathan Bickham focuses on international business transactions and project development, particularly in Latin America. In complex transnational commercial transactions and joint ventures, he helps companies structure and negotiate their investments both in the United States and abroad. In 1987 and 1990, Mr. Bickham served as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center.
