Representative Experience
- Mr. Smart has represented clients in several types of commercial disputes, including lender liability, trade secret, non-compete, real estate, condemnation, landlord-tenant, employment, collection and disputes over transactions.
Professional Experience
- Mr. Smart taught in the public schools of Indiana and Texas from 1975 through 1990, began law school at the age of 39, and received his law license in 1992 at the age of 42.
