Experience

Alec Covey's practice focuses in the areas of probate litigation, estate and probate administration, and guardianship.  Ms. Covey's work includes representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the State of Texas in matters relating to probate and trust administration, accounting and administration issues, as well as prosecution and defense of various fiduciary claims.  She represents both applicants and contestants in guardianship proceedings, in addition to administrators, executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and guardians in matters relating to the administration of estates, trusts, and guardianships.
