
Experience
Elizabeth Daniel focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and probate, as well as estate and income tax matters. Ms. Daniel’s work includes drafting various types of planning documents and representing executors and administrators in probate court. Ms. Daniel also has experience preparing estate tax returns as well as representing individuals and small businesses in income tax disputes.
Ms. Daniel received her B.A. in 2004 and her J.D. in 2007 from the University of Texas. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with special honors and was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. While in law school, Ms. Daniel was a member of and editor for the Texas International Law Journal.
