We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our current or former clients, except as expressly or impliedly authorized by our clients to enable us to represent them or as required or authorized by law or other applicable rules governing our professional and ethical conduct as attorneys.

We retain records relating to the professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist our clients with their professional needs and to comply with professional guidelines or requirements of law.
