Members of the Section formulate, structure and document the full range of consumer and commercial loans and other financial products. The Firm's development and constant refinement of its forms and procedures allows the Firm to produce documents efficiently and cost effectively. The Firm's consumer loan documents, including Truth in Lending disclosures, are well respected by federal regulators.
