Practicing Attorneys

The Firm's banking and financial services attorneys represent providers of consumer and commercial financial services in all aspects of lending, forms, procedures, collection, lender liability, workout, foreclosure, bankruptcy and compliance with Texas and federal laws and regulations.

The Firm represents banks and other financial services providers ranging from community banks to large multi-state holding companies and finance companies. Forms companies, other law firms and regulators regularly seek advice from members of the Section on consumer lending forms, procedures, regulations and defense of usury and consumer class action lawsuits.
