Calla Sprague focuses her practice in the areas of personal and corporate taxation, estate planning, trusts, and probate.
She provides guidance on tax issues and complications which can arise from the transfer of wealth and prepares federal tax estate returns. Her practice concentrates on drafting wills, trust agreements and other estate planning documents, such as medical and financial power of attorneys. Calla has worked on estates of all sizes and recognizes the number of years it takes for the average family to accumulate assets necessary to protect their young families, or their lifestyles during the senior years. She has advised estates valued at more than $10 million and worked to best structure the estate to minimize estate taxes leaving more to heirs.
She provides representation and guidance through the process of a death and the resulting legal process and ramifications. When needed, Calla assists the executor with their responsibilities and duties.
Calla graduated from Washburn University School of Law in May of 2014, where she contributed to her student bar association. Calla received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wichita State University.
