Joshua R. Flores serves clients in the areas of estate and probate litigation, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
Josh’s estate and probate practice includes representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the State of Texas in matters relating to the prosecution and defense of fiduciary claims; will contests; will and trust interpretation; probate and trust administration; and contestants in guardianship proceedings.
In addition, Josh routinely deals with litigation matters involving breaches of fiduciary litigation, breaches of contract, real estate, and other business disputes.
Becoming a trial lawyer was Josh's long-term goal. He attended Texas A&M University, received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and continued his education at South Texas College of Law, which is well-known for training prospective lawyers to be effective trial counsel.
Today, Josh uses his extensive education and legal experience to counsel his clients on current and potential legal issues that could develop in the future.
