When you need an attorney in estate and wealth planning, Amber Homolka is your go to lawyer.  In the beginning of her career, Amber worked as a tax consultant for Ernst and Young’s Private Client Services, where she researched and wrote memoranda in support of income and estate positions for high net worth individuals.  She carried this experience to a Wall Street investment bank where she worked in Private Investment Management supporting individual clients and securities clients. This experience positioned her to advise high net worth clients in their estate and wealth planning.

Her favorite part of practicing law is meeting talented people from all walks of life.

Amber prepares your will, trusts, power of attorney, health care directive and other documents necessary for estate planning.  She works with you to designate the beneficiaries, trustee(s) and executor(s) necessary to implement your wishes.  Strategies for reducing tax burdens and probate costs are always part of the planning process.

When Amber is not at work, she is hiking, in a Pilates class, and spending time with her family.
