Overview

Stormy Strickland handles cases from start to finish, including depositions, trial, mediation, and extensive motions in both Texas state and federal courts.  Her experience includes preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.  She has also drafted appellate motions and briefs.  Her skills include interviewing witnesses, performing research regarding relevant legal issues, attending mediations and depositions, preparing client reports, and conferring with counsel, experts, and clients regarding various aspects of the case.

Prior to going to law school, she worked for Invesco Investment Services as a client’s council representative and client services representative.  She obtained her Series 6,7, and 66 licenses from FINRA.

While in law school, she attended a Supreme Court Cases course taught by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg at the University of Malta. She was also a member of the Board of Advocates and competed in various national moot court competitions.
