“When Kristina and Keith joined the firm, they hit the ground running. They are effective and talented attorneys who have a proven track record of working well with clients and delivering results. They both worked extremely hard to achieve this milestone in their career and we look forward to their future accomplishments,” said Mindy M. Riseden, President of the Executive Committee.
Kristina has a wide range of experience in financial services and banking, bankruptcy, insurance defense, creditor rights, securities-related litigation, and regulatory matters, including all stages of trial, appeals, and arbitration, in a wide range of issues including trade secret act violations, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and securities claims. She is very active in banking and financial services trade associations.
Keith’s practice focuses on probate, trust and guardianship litigation. Keith has experience in all aspects of the probate administration process from admitting a will to probate, determination of heirs, inventorying estate assets, distributing estate assets to the beneficiaries, and closing the estate. Keith also has estate planning experience, which includes drafting wills, powers of attorneys, and trusts. This probate administration and estate planning background are critical to Keith’s ongoing success in the courtroom.
