This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Candidate must be a transactional real estate attorney with:
- experience in all phases of acquisition and disposition of income producing properties, including title review.
- ability to advise and assist with a wide variety of real estate development matters such as land use and zoning, taxes, ADA compliance, and environmental liability.
- proficiency in reviewing, analyzing, preparing, and negotiating agreements for use in retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments including leases, construction contracts, and easements.
- ability to review and negotiate loan documents.
